*New Release Dec. 13th* TRAIL MARKER IPA – 7.2% ABV – 51 IBU – Trail Marker India Pale Ale is an explosive mash of flavor and aroma using Mosaic, Citra, Cascade, Columbus and Chinook hops. This is all balanced with a light body and well-endowed 7.2% ABV with 51 IBUs. Aromatic characteristics are Citrus and Mango. Flavor has a low to mid maltiness with a medium bittering that does not linger.
MASONRY OATMEAL STOUT – ABV: 6.8% - Aroma - Toasty, nutty, with chocolate like almost similar to Irish cream. Flavor - Dark chocolate, coffee, toasty, slight oatmeal notes, and very smooth. Appearance - Dark brown to chocolate milk color, tan lacing.
HBC 342 EXPERIMENTAL HOP ISA – ABV: 4.6% – IBU: 40ish – This HBC-342 experimental hop India Session Ale is brewed with one of the newest and most interesting hops to become available from Yakima Chief/Hop Union. Our ISA is made with a low alcohol and light body to accentuate this aromatic hops unique properties. A small amount of Cascade hops are added to the finish for balance. HBC-342 hop aroma includes a complex array of mild citrus, tropical fruit, and melon characteristics.
BRICKYARD IPA –ABV: 7.2% - IBU: 70 - Aroma – Citrus, Pineapple, Lite Rose Floral Note. Flavor – White Grapefruit, Mid-high Hop Bitterness with Dry Finish. Appearance – Crisp Golden Amber
CONCRETE BLONDE – ABV: 5.0% - IBU: 20 - Aroma–Light Malty-ness, Low Hop and Slight Biscuit. Flavor – Mild malty sweetness, easy drinking. Should be enjoyed with Football and comfort food. Appearance–Light golden, tight lacing.
SOUTHWESTERN HATCH GREEN CHILI BLONDE – ABV: 5.0% - IBU: 20 - Hatch Green Chili are the pepper of choice for many chefs due to their delicious flavor and subtle heat. Brickyard has introduced authentic Hatch green chili from New Mexico to our Blonde Ale. This beer has that blow you away chili pepper aroma with great & enjoyable flavor. Not too spicy at all. A perfect pair for pizza, enchiladas or other Southwestern themed menu items.
THE ROCK - SCOTCH ALE - ABV: 6.7 % - Aroma - sweetness with hints of caramel. Flavor – Sweet, malty, and rich with a hint of peat smoked malt. Appearance - mahogany brown from caramelization of the wort in the brew kettle.
WINTERS PUMPKIN PATCH SAISON - ABV: 4% - Belgian-style Saison deliciously flavored with Pete's local grown sugar-pie pumpkins, honey, and hibiscus tea
ESB – ERNIE’S SPECIAL BITTER – FRESH HOP – ABV: 4.5% - A great local and regular customer Ernie brought in 25 lbs of locally found and wild grown wet hops (variety is unknown). Cut straight off the vine into the kettle with-in 3 days. Brewed in a traditional style ESB.
